Miss Fit offers group classes and one-on-one personalised training for all levels of fitness with goals.

Miss Fit Classes include:
- Pilates
- Mums & Bubs Fitness
- Boxing
- Sandhills
- Water Pilates
- Foam Roller Pilates
- Swiss Ball Pilates
- Cross Training
- Walking Group
- Run Club
- CardioBOX

Miss Fit Personal Training include:
- Exercise Physiology
- One-on-one PT
-Small group PT

All desired outcomes set individually (for example fat loss, muscle gain, strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness). Miss Fit Personal Trainers (PTs) are all qualified Exercise Instructors with a Certificate IV in Fitness. As a PT they have been trained in Anatomy and Physiology; Sport and Recreation; Nutrition; Exercise Base Programming; Exercise Prescription; Programming for Special Populations; Core Stability and Occupational Health & Safety. All Miss Fit PTs have a First Aid certificate and work under the instruction of an AEP.
